This is actually one way they're similar to their IxFP opposites. ExxJs have fears that they're not good enough due to the introverted decider being in the inferior position, so when you loop her in with what she sees as people who are "less than," her Fi inferior worries she may be "less than." The idea of not dating someone because they don't have a ton of accomplishments under their belt is elitist and indicates a transactional view of relationships based on status and utility (Te). If I need to explain why that's unhealthy, then please take the time out to evaluate the value of the conditions you impose on love and relationships. Those conditions may get in the way of your long term happiness, whether or not you're already in a relationship.
