I think he is equally terrible at both Si and Ni, so I am honestly not bothered by the number of ENTP votes. Since he is a fictional character, I don't think his personality is realistic. I would vote for a hybrid personality between ENTP & ESTP. Great at: Se, Ti, Fe, Ne. Really bad at: Si, Te, Ni Edit: I'm changing my vote. I think Ne-dom fits him better. He is always trying conceptualize events in a way such that he comes out as a winner. He is always looking for shortcuts so that he gets rewards without doing anything. I guess his bluntness and impulsiveness could be explained with enneagram 8 (either core or wing).
