背景
The goddess of agriculture and maize, who nourishes his crops with lives of young men. He is the son of the earth goddess, Tlazolteotl. Majority of evidence from written records suggest that he was depicted as a young man (however the debate is still ongoing), with yellow body coloration. He was considered one of the most important Aztec deities in the Aztec Empire especially since he was also the god of agriculture.
