I am replaying this game now and there's no way this guy has any Fe, an entire arc of the story revolves around the fact that he doesn't know/care how to act around nobility. Fe isn't about being respectful or "nice" to people, Fe a value-based function and the values, due to it's extraverted attitude come from group values. That's why Fe users are often considered "social chameleons", Henry isn't anything like that. Jindřich always speaks his mind to anyone and his values are very intertwined with him. So I'd definetly say he must be Fi and Te users, likely in this order. I'd also be inclined to say he is a Se user, I mean ever since the start, with the swordfighting lesson, it's made clear to us that he wants to go around the world and experience it. And to whoever thinks "he is what you make him because its an RPG" no that's also not true, games don't have choices, they can't have choice, all they can do is giving you illusion of choice, you pick from dialogue that's given to you by the devs.
