I think she is an INFP here, like in the movie. She has a strong ability to see the true motives off others rather than taking things at surface value, knowing immediately she could trust Katnisss. (Ne) she is also quite idealistic and wants people to sing for her, even though it has no practical use in the situation. She is also quite attached to her past and seems to miss her family very much, showing a more underdeveloped use of Si, since she lacks being practical at times. Still she uses knowledge she gained in the past about plants that help her to survive and has certain objects she hold dear since they hold personal values to her. She is attend to the symbolic and metaphorical, like with the sign of the knocking bird. It could also be Ni, but since she is young it is unlikely that it is so well developed. Her see might seem strong at first glance, but it is mainly for cultural reasons in my view. She can climb trees and is fast, but often she struggles to directly react to thread. She isn‘t very active and mostly hides from the other tributes.
