Xue Shu actually a perfect character for the ESTJ, her Te is well shown as she founds way to make her 'problem' disappear or getting what she wants. The Si is probably more visible in her character as she always remember the teaching from Empress Dowager to scheme and she doesn't really thinks too far ahead to the futures if her scheme fails thus resulting in bad aftermath.
