Topaz is the most obvious EXTJ in this game. The belobog quest wasn't her showing Fi- it was actually her deeply valuing efficiency and results. She plays the waiting game and builds trust with her clients because she genuinely believes it's the overall best way to work, since gaining more personal connections with her clients leads to secure and lasting business deals. Still, Topaz is far from merciful. She easily admits that everyone in the IPC is out to gain something and has abandoned their "soul". Sure she breaks some rules, but it's to make improved rules.
