Certainly an Ni dom but only INTJ really fits. INFJ doesn't work because he shows not nearly enough validation in conversation... just very little outward expression of Fe. Cold, aloof, arrogant... He lacks the more typical warmth and accommodation of most INFJs and finds it impressively difficult to reach out and actually express, even struggling to thank people and show appreciation. He is also probably 1w2 based on his massive guilt in the contract negotiation process with his players. He constantly strives for pure and fair ethics, and (SPOILER) gave up his own annual salary as GM to further subsidise the players after upper management enforced a 30% salary budget cut. 1w9 is also a possibility and has some similar drives, though. Makes a lot more sense than 5w6, I reckon, though it's probably the third most accurate option.
