I actually struggled a lot typing Vanya since he's such a vitriolic and venomous presence (not my favourite character obviously), but eventually decided the FeSi actually fit really well. Vanya is definitely a people person, but in a way that leads to him insulting them constantly and striving to be in that community space through that. I think his hang ups on the past alongside the hatred he's always had on the professor, even when he was married to Vera, indicate a pretty strong Si. His memory of the Professors works being much better than the Professor himself is another indication of the compartmentalisation of an Si user.
