Very little is known about this mysterious mutt. All we know is that he seems to have some sort of super powers that enable him to fly. That, and he has some sort of vendetta against Skullboy. Although, experts say that he acts just like a normal dog and probably isn't any sort of mastermind. As far as the Mighty Skullboy Army is concerned, though, Mod Dog is a jerk and should be antagonized whenever possible.
