I'm not 100% sure since I don't know her so well, but basing on what I saw she doesn't look like a Fe user at all: is true that care too much about the opinions of others, but this probably come from the fact she's E3, and not from her functions. Fe users, especially if Fe dom, generally are very conscious of the weight of their words, and knows how to use their words to please the people, while Rachel Ziegler showed to have no clues about it, and don't even seem to really understand why many people are angry with her, even if what she said is objectevely and openly rude, and even if during the interview with Gal Gadot she butted into the discussion while Gal was talking about the movie, without even giving her time to finish her speech, as if she simply wanted to "steal the scene". This show even underdevelopped Ni, since she can't understand at all cause-effect relationships. Then maybe I could be wrong, so if someone has an interview about her, please send it here
