how is she Ti dom? well, firts i should said, not all ISTP have to be a mechanics to show the Ti Se fuctions. And in the few time is she in screen, i have to said that She is the only completely skeptical person, who says out loud that what is happening in her classmates' videos is not possible, although she is not closed to the idea of observing what happens, so she accepts without much problem, taking into account that based on a very Fe inferior, she can't find any other solution to make her friend feel better. I suppose that due to stereotypes that are usually very easy to confuse with ISTJ, due to the facade of being serious, pragmatic and not very affectionate, there is no way that there are signs of a Si in her, and even less of a Te, at no time does she seem driven by what she you already know or for wanting to control others or put control over your environment. She literally "lets be" whatever is happening. Even when her brother insists on using the hand, she leaves the place to avoid conflict (a sign of an inferior Fe), but she never forbids him or tries to control her brother from doing so. Even, in something more stereotypical, she would be "not a Si Te user" from her part, wouldn't have gone to pick up her brother and forgotten her message. By far, it would make more sense to me if they confused her with Intj, at least because of the Ni, but saying that she is ISTJ seems completely out of place to me.
