Rosie is Pinky's little sister and is introduced in the episode "Funny Sibling Pranks." It is evident that Rosie cares dearly about her sister, however the two of them are not above playing pranks on one another. Despite her tall height, her personality and attitude would probably estimate her at about early middle school age. This preteen girl dresses up, listens to loud rock music (much like Greeny), eats tons of junk food and like her sister in school, pulls pranks all the time.
