He fits with both sx1 and sx4, but i'm going with 1. Dagan was arrogant and really obsessive within his ideals. He was passionate and forthright too like when the time he threatened Rayvis to cut off his tongue. But i find his character to be more of a person that has social beliefs of his own about what's right, mostly seen through his very own eyes. That fits more within what i had to say.
