Si feeds and grows upon the past, the more, the merrier. This dude has lived for at least a few centuries, who knows how much experience he's got. His flexibility is because, at this point, he's seen a bit of everything. It's also why he's not usually very fazed either, and just goes along with most shenanigans. Still, when it comes to actually operating, he prefers to just keep a system of rules based on what he knows works best. He has that Si-dom/Ne-inf method of working where he just keeps whatever is working well enough as is, maintaining it carefully (dom Si) but reconsiders it when an extreme situation shows up (inf Ne). He's never open-minded without there being some very unusual circumstances, but when he makes an exception, he generally changes his entire ruleset to accomodate for it (when he allows for multiple courses to be taken, for instance).
