He's definitely an ESTP (a dead giveaway is how egotistical he is - reflective of unhealthy Ti). Reading his autobiography though, 7w8 is much more likely than 8w7. Shoaib is less somebody who seeks power (like an ESTP 8) and more somebody who loves having a good time. In that sense, he's much closer to an ESFP than an ESTJ. The 8 comes out in his combativeness, his obvious dislike of being controlled, and his desire to protect 'his' people (younger players, family). I think sx/sp/so suits him well. Constant themes in his autobiography are his wanderlust (sx) and his desire to fight off external threats (from the board, teammates) while protecting his loved ones financially (sp). He is sp>so because he clearly values his own interests over fitting into a social hierarchy or group.
