This man is nooooooot Te dominant at all. He is 100% an ENFJ for sure. I've watched a few of his podcast episodes in which he converses with various personalities among which some feelers and others thinkers. He definitely tends to put emphasis on human feelings and meaning. What is perceived and implied on a broad aspect. He is really sensitive to the idea of an unspoken harmony among individuals being respected. I could see friction between his way of thinking vs the person invited as a guest in one episode in particular. He interviewed Evy Poumpouras, an ex-secret agent who clearly uses more thinking functions (either Te or Ti, I believe she may be an ESTP) She's sharing these various stories and the experience she's gained from it in a way that only describes emotion and perceptions as something to keep a hold of. He in contrast delves way too much on "that comes across, people will think" and at one point she tells him she straight up has no idea what he's talking about. I don't think it's in him to "not care how people take things". This man is a high feeler for sure. Even if he's not ENFJ then he's INFJ in my opinion. He once had Jada Pinkett Smith over and the two clicked really well in comparaison.

Steven Cliff Bartlett (born 1992) is a British businessman and entrepreneur. He's the co-founder of Thirdweb, Flight Story and Flight Story Fund. He was the co-founder and co-CEO of Social Chain, however, he stepped down from the latter role in December 2020. In 2022, he began appearing as an investor on the BBC One show Dragons' Den.
