How ISTJ? He's a very obvious Te-dom and heavy Ni-user. There is no way someone who seeks to break all tradition and custom for the sake of realizing his own vision is a Si-user, let alone dom. He is clearly goal-orientend and focused on getting what he wants, at all cost. Very Te-Ni. His Se is more developed than Fi for sure, though I see traces of Fi as well, but more inferior.
