xNTJ. Te+Ni is clear; the "I have a plan and it's going to WORK" guy. I don't think we get enough information on his lower functions to be certain; he could be a balanced ENTJ or a balanced INTJ. He's usually not typed as a Te-dom, though, probably because he seems content being second-in-command.
