The leader of the Hishaku, identifiable by his dark hair, hand tattoo and dot marks around his eyes. He was present incognito at the 208th Rakuzaichi and confronted Chihiro, who recognised his affiliation. He has displayed agility swift enough to dodge Chihiro's attacks and was able to create a wall of trees to block Chihiro off from Hakuri and Soya. He claims direct responsibility for orchestrating the murder of Kunishige, and has been assisting the Sazanami Clan with the 208th Rakuzaichi in order to claim possession and ownership of Shinuchi. He finds the 'seeds of hatred' he had 'planted' within Chihiro interesting, and does not view him as a threat whatsoever. Following his encounter with Chihiro he departed the Rakuzaichi, after a short dialogue with Hiyuki.
