It's so clear he's an ENTJ, all of the functions and their order fit him perfectly. I don't see him as ENFJ because he doesn't make decisions based on objective values but on objective logic instead, he's out to get the "truth" and doesn't immediately cooperate with people who "just know" that something is right or wrong (inferior Fi). He's tactful, yeah, which could be an Fe trait, but Te doms do exhibit Fe behaviours as well, they're all extraverted judgers after all.
