He's a 3 tho. I can see how he's very concerned with power, but everything he did came from a source of shame. He wanted to forget about his insecurity, pretend to be a glorious, special person (w4), being loved and appreciated like an image type would. Not an 8, but a clear 3w4 to me. Not all villains are 8s lol Edit: I just finished watching the third season and oh my god his integrating to 6 at the end :') one of my favorite characters from the show for sure.
