Andrew James "A. J." Holmes (born November 14, 1988) is an American actor, singer, and songwriter. He played Frederick Frankenstein in the national tour of Young Frankenstein: The Musical from September 2011 through May 2012. Holmes is one of the primary songwriters for Team StarKid. He wrote half of the songs in A Very Potter Musical, most in Me and My Dick, and several for A Very Potter Senior Year. He also wrote the majority of the songs for Twisted: The Untold Story of a Royal Vizier. He co-wrote and produced "Gibson Fleck" with fellow StarKids Ali Gordon and Carlos Valdes A.J. played Joey's Heart in Me and My Dick, Gilderoy Lockheart in A Very Potter Senior Year, and had a cameo as the commander of the crashed starship in Starship. He joined the second national tour of The Book of Mormon as Elder Cunningham.
