Ok so I changed my mind from ESFJ after watching his MBTI test and hearing what he's like as a producer. I don't trust 16p results but the entire time he was taking the test, the function he kept emphasizing and was most sure about was Si. Everything else he said depended on the situation or didn't have strong opinions on, but he kept emphasizing how he loves routine and making + following a schedule. (and cleaning which isn't exactly Si but is definitely a stereotype haha) And I think you can see his Ti over Ne when he produces music and directs the members. He uses Ne a little when coming up with the initial idea, but after that it's very Fe-Ti as he takes care of the members' feelings both while creating the song and while they're in the recording booth, but sticks to following the logical plan he set for the song.
