Nick is NOT a 9. Don't let the "fence-sitting" schtick fool you. Nick clearly has strong opinions but prefers to stay on the fence because it helps with the business model. Him claiming not to care about stuff is 9-fix talk and aids his sp 6 needs: retiring so he can raise a family. Not only that, but Nick cares greatly about achievements ie being the JV Hockey MVP and a list of other things and has been described by Malena and others around him as having "an ego" and "lacking empathy". The ANTITHESIS of 9. 9s are known to be slothful and self-forgetting and having plenty of empathy, often at the expense of themselves. This isn't present in Nick AT ALL. Nick also reacts extremely angrily to being called two-faced. His loyalty being called into question is a key trigger for him and takes him off the fence real quick.
