How is she typed as a 6, at all? Type 6's main drive is security. Possibilities of potentially being vulnerable scare them. As a result, they seek at least some form of stability where those possibilities aren't present. Naomi wasn't looking for security, she pursued status. She left her stable marriage with her husband, an unrecognized ordinary man, just to be with Jordana, her SIL, who's a famous, powerful figure. She didn't mind immersing herself in daring plots as long as she could attain her desired outcome. There are important scenes dedicated to her pursuit of status and recognition, such as when she zipped herself in a Louis Vuitton bag after Amy disregarded her presence. In a way, she was compensating for her lack of possession of worthy things. There is also the scene where she tells a random old man about how she's listed in a magazine. After the man compliments her with "I'd ask for an autograph if I knew you were a celebrity", Naomi is over the moon with happiness now that she's recognized by someone. Also, in her conversations with Amy, she was always trying to prove her individual significance and that she wasn't just a housewife who did nothing all day. She wanted to be established as someone noteworthy and accomplished.
