I don‘t think she is Ti dominant. She could be quite edgy and even rude for sure, but Fi Doms are perfectly capable this as well. Especially since she was in a very dangerous situation. She kept her pride for her roots and didn‘t let the prejudices let influence her value as a person, which is something an inferior Fe user might would struggle with. She also was quite artistic and seemed to have a strong desire to express herself and who she is. I personally think the impression of her as an INTP mainly comes because she is in the grip of her inferior Te most of the time.
