Assuming this actually does mean that Atypical is referring specifically to "Most likely to be mistyped as an intuitive" for sensors, ISTP makes sense. We are commonly mistyped as INTJs and INTPs, which are unironically two intuitive types. Hero Ti and Tert Ni is pretty much a recipe for being mistyped this way, and due to inferior Fe it can make things difficult for ISTPs to even have the motivation to connect with and share experiences with others(A stereotype that you hear a lot when describing intuitives). As for Enneagram, 5w4 or 4w5 makes the most sense, but I'd go with 5 with a 4 fix due to the fact that ISTPs are still seen as More logical than emotional and "individualistic".
