He's completely unsympathetic and detached from vulnerable emotion. That seems like a 5 fix. 6 fix is possible because he seems to be a truth teller who cares a lot about certain ideals. People doing something that doesn't align with his principles seriously pisses him off (TUF guys wasting opportunities, irresponsible refereeing). Then again he screws his fighters over all the time so maybe not so principled
