I remember him quite vague but from what I recall, he was likely a ESTJ, not ENTJ. 1. He valued effeciency most of all and judged situations by facts not emotions. 2. He came closer to killing Charmed than anyone before, due to his meticulously prepared plan: he gathered facts and details from their past, their tastes and preferences. For example: he mentioned Phoebe's favourite movie while seducing her, Such usage of long-established knowledge and experience to optimize his plan is a sign of high Si. 3. Cole was able to improvize and quickly come up with changes to his plans if the situation required it (tried to steal the Book of Shadows, to kill their ancestor, used Vinceres, Andras). Moreover, he was open to various suggestions that maximize effeciency. 4. Being a demon he had repressed his "human" morals and passions until he met Phoebe.
