By the game's literal design this route and this character by proxy feels completely Fi motivated to me. Taking this route in the game is a completely self-motivated choice to do because you/Frisk chose to CARE so much about the characters and wanted to try again for the best outcome. Frisk as a silent protagonist is completely internal. They show a clear care and love for the bonds they built, It really comes off as a: "I enjoy your company, and wanna be around you being your best self, even if all i do is stand there and support you. And I want more than anything to not hurt you." That feels Fi to me, but obviously it's hard to say since they are a silent protag. But I think the message of "Despite everything, it's still you." Which feels like the thesis of this route, also supports an Fi protagonist take imo. Also disclaimer, but there is some strong projection here, this is my favorite game ever and seriously touched me when I first played it, so much so that I never killed anyone both times I played, and the 2nd time I played Pacifist, I never opened the game again, so they could live happily... Also, also, just felt a need to state my take because I see a lot of ENFJ votes creeping in, and I genuinely don't feel confident in stating their middle functions, but to say they are Fe/Ti primary, inferior is...idk feels like a miss-read to me.

背景

Frisk is the main protagonist of the 2015 indie-game Undertale. As a pacifist, Frisk not only cares about just escaping from the underground, but also appears to care about developing a friendship with everyone they encounter, talking and hanging out with them and solving their problems, even if that slows down their own progress to leave the underground.
