The Italian-American Mafia Families (New York, Chicago) are ESTJ with their regimented hierarchical structure and huge focus on tradition & "honor" (they have lots of dos and don'ts)- They're actually very similar to Asian Organized Crime Syndicates (Yakuza, Triad etc.) in that regard. But we all know that already. I'd like to talk about The Irish American Mafia (Boston) because they aren't like that & are less talked about. They're more similar to traditional gangs and I think they're ESTP: There's no named ranks (other than the boss, it's just "crews of guys"), there's no rules against doing specific crimes, or hits on certain people & most of the guys are living "score to score". They're actually similar to Mexican Cartels in that way. Another marked difference is the Irish Mobs are made up of more than just irishmen "Anyone who can make money is in. Race, Religion? None of that really matters", whereas the Italians prefer to exclusively work with other full blooded Italians due to tradition (& racism lol).
