I personally like judging Pac-Man's personality off of Pac-Man World 3, since it's the only time his original incarnation gets the chance to express himself naturally. •Se: Likes to make snarky remarks about those he interacts with based on their surface attributes, and often uses his senses to analyze a situation. •Fi: Shows empathy to those who genuinely deserve it, including his family and Orson. •Te: Is able to deduce the inner workings of his surroundings whilst not putting a lot of emphasis on them unless they become of vital focus. •Ni: Jumps to conclusions about people rather easily, such as believing Erwin isn't a massive threat or thinking that most of the present issues have to do with the Spectral Realm until Orson tells him otherwise.
