Yeah definitely ESTP. Their games all have strong ESTP vibes to them, like Uncharted and Crash and whatnot. Why Lawful Neutral though? The company is literally in chaos right now and their games have a generally chaotic energy to them (it's action-oriented Se chaos rather than idea-oriented Ne chaos, so it's not like it's weird surreal stuff, just really loud bombastic games with a lot of personality to them).
