I think she's more of a Te dominant than Si dominant. Yes she does pay a great regard to traditions, systematic values, etc. But her whole downfall was because of how quick she was to take decisions as compared to analyze what was actually happening in front of her. And I don't see Ne inferior in her either. She is able to work with a lot of information and make quick decisions, but she was unable to look at things from an emotional point of view most of the time.
