It's a pattern whenever some Se dom is likable, goal oriented and dreamer people start to type them as ENFP even if that person don't have shred of Ne just bunch of newbies, Ne doms are extremely theoretical type and very future orientated they are consistently bombarded with ideas, ironies, analogies, they're very in head type, they're intellectual feelers learn functions. Luffy is Se dom as far as it gets; he is like a Se stereotype; he likes to be completely in the moment and take advantage of situations, he never has any plan, he just comes up with things in the moment on impulse that's how Se works, he has some of the weakest Ni for Se dom I have seen. Also, every human can have a dream, they can have goals. His goal is classic Se-Ni; he wants to be King of the Pirates but has no idea how to, has a shallow plan, and does whatever he can in the moment. If he is not Se-dom, then I don't know who is.
