I believe that all types (xNTx) are more inclined towards science, largely because of their personality traits and because of their cognitive functions, but in general I see science as an exploration of the individual with the natural environment, for me that is Ne, but the methods that involve this exploration are very Ti, which is why I think INTP is more inclined towards science, but ENTP are also very talented in science
