Mind you I've only watched the anime, but her Ni is very clear. People have pointed out many reasons, but the scene where she visits the Spearhead Squadron's base really stands out to me. How she analyzes each and every area and imagines the conversations in her head, and then eventually makes her way to the desk w/ the notes screams Ni. Definitely think she uses Fe too, the way she interacts with Shin and the others, how she strives to humanize them (and chastises herself when she thinks she's failing...), and if we're being stereotypical she's a crybaby. Her Fi-ish vibes are probably just Ni-Ti appearing that way. I like her inf use of Se too, like when she "chases" after Shin, Anju, Theoto, Raiden despite actually being hundreds of miles/km away.

Vladilena Milizé (ヴラディレーナ・ミリーゼ, Vuradirēna Mirīze) is the main heroine of 86 (Eighty Six) series. Her Personal Name is Handler One. She is an elite Republican soldier who rose to the rank of Major at the young age. She is the commander of Shin and the Spearhead Squadron. After commanding Spearhead, she become known for demanding order and highly competent leadership, earning the nickname Bloody Reina among the Processor.
