Socionics Se is most related to territory and conflicts; it's the most confrontational and forceful IM in Socionics, keenly aware of conflicts and does not shy away from it. The type with the weakest Se should be most likely to avoid conflict. EII is more reasonable than SEI because SEI's Se simply isn't as bad as EII's Se PoLR. Both are unvalued function, but SEI's Se isn't particularly weak. ISFJ 9w1 EII should be a very conflict avoidant combination, but I can see INFP 9w1 EII too; it's just that ISFJ is focused more on external peace and pleasant social atmosphere(might be able to mediate between conflicting parties to achieve peace), whereas INFP is more concerned about an internally peaceful state of mind(might just ignore conflicts to retreat into their inner world).
