Because he’s like the epitome of a 1. 1s seek to create change based off their own perceptions of is right and wrong (in his case “balance”) now that i think about it he’s like a moe version of thanos. 5s are detached and hoard knowledge to cope with reality. is that kyuubey??? he seems pretty happy to make things happen by force if he needs to to create the world that he inteprets in his mind as “correct”. he is not detached as a mode of coping like a 5, he’s just lacking emotions all together.

背景

Kyubey (キュゥべえ Kyūbē) is a "messenger of magic" (魔法の使者 mahō no shisha) who grants the wishes of young girls, but in exchange contracts their services as Magical Girls. Girls who form a contract with him are tasked to defeat Witches – bizarre entities that feed upon the hopes and dreams of normal people.
