A 12-year-old boy who attend Metroplex Prime, KeyStone Government's FirstBoot 6th stage. Son of Ui. A serious organizer type with high scores. He lost his mother in an accident caused by an Unsynced during his childhood and suffers from lasting effects himself. The main perpetrator of the accident was only 10 years old at the time, so instead of imprisonment, they were rehabilitated through guidance (a rule emphasizing guidance over punishment). Because of that incident and other conflicts, he believes evil is immutable and that the immaturity of Unsynced constitutes a serious crime. He strives to enforce only violations of existing laws. Because he views immaturity as evil, he applies harsher sentencing for younger offenders.
