He doesn't have Ni in his function stack. But he does definitely have si. If you've watched him on chef my fridge you'll know how detail obsessed he is. Of course this is an oversimplification, but he's a true si user. I've voted INFP for now because I think he may use Te, but not as his first or second function. I think people are seeing his perfectionism and discipline and thinking it's Ni, but it's actually Si and Te working together. I think the Te was especially pronounced because he was in such a high stress environment. Watch him on "chef my fridge" on netflix to see his true personality.
