He is not an INTJ. That would imply critical parent Ti which wouldn't make sense at all. This is his Ni-Fe. He is also often in the loop of Ni-Ti. In fact, he never seemed to be INTJ in any game. He was an INFJ with Te trickster and Si-demon. He also have an aggression of 8 in his tritype (4w5 8w7 5w6). It can manifest his superego mode of ISTJ making him cold and tyrannical. That's why he seemed like a Fi user in Tekken 6 and some parts of Tekken series. If he was an INTJ, he would be more egotistical. But Jin's belief that he is motivated by altruism makes him very different from his father and grandfather, and shows that he may still be a good man at heart. His father is an INTJ. It wouldn't make sense if Jin and his father had same personality type. During Tekken 4, Jin planned to destroy his father, and grandfather and himself dying without children to put an end to the Mishima curse. He wanted use this to awaken then destroy Azazel. Believing that defeating this monster could help get rid of his curse. Jin has been the cause of countless deaths and wars throughout the world, and gained lots of enemies through the course of his actions.
