I thought for sure that this was a mistype, but Penn definitely has that unrelenting, brutal extraverted thinking style. I think what is so off-putting for me is that he combines it with the sort of histrionics that one might see in E-FP types - the kind of classic performer mentality. He's like a CEO that wandered into some alternate reality and was forced to become an entertainer to survive.
