Ok, I'm here to discuss his enneagram, because I don't see many others doing so. I strongly believe Crowley is a 3w4. When we were first introduced to him, he was powerful. Strong and assertive, loyal only to himself. Going off stereotypes, one might assume 8w7. As seasons progress, Crowley is self-serving. He does what he can to keep himself safe (betraying Cas in s6 to join up with Raphael, gifting the Winchesters the Colt so they can kill Lucifer), but it doesn't feel like it comes from a place of control. Instead, he is just doing what he feels he needs to run hell.Then we get to s8. "I DESERVE TO BE LOVED! I just want to be loved...". Here, we see all of Crowley's actions don't stem from a place of security. Sure, that I'd certainly a factor, but all Crowley wants is to be loved and validated. e3, anyone?? he puts up a very gutsy and independent mask to be successful, so that one day he might be loved and validated.
