i understand why many people are considering 3w2, but his core motivations definetly align with 2w3. think about this: all of the sacrifices he makes (selling his body to the capitol, joining the revolution, protecting katniss, participating in beetee's transmission, joining kaniss' team in the capitol...) are to protect the people he loves bc he thinks them relying on him is what makes him worthy all of this 3 status and luxury focused persona he puts up is just another thing he does to protect his loved ones
