The episode this was featured in was an interesting one. It was based almost entirely around dark humor with SpongeBob and Mr Krabs thinking they killed the health inspector. The atmosphere was also darker than usual, giving a very horror-themed vibe. And even the burger is representative of that. It is absolutely filthy and disgusting. Why would it be Fi dom when it was literally created to kill someone? By the way, if you think this version of the Krabby Patty is disgusting, go watch "To Love a Patty" because the version of it in that episode is even worse.
