I believe he is INTJ. INTJs are typically the most emotional of the Analysts due to inferior functions. We see Negan get under his skin by using how the Doma under-appreciates his skills and capabilities (commonly the pride of the INTJ) causing him to realease his supressd emotions and lash out. He certainly is more of a introverted intuition despite being good in social settings, and I really hate to go off stereotypes but the dude is a evil Croatian genius how much more INTJ can you get than that🤣.
