Sung Dong Il is a popular South Korean character actor. Born on April 27, 1967, he is well known for his role as a maniacal slave hunter with a high-pitched laugh in the popular 2010 television drama series “The Slave Hunters/Chuno.” That role garnered him the Best Supporting Actor Award at the 2010 KBS Drama Awards.
