ISTP>INTP This one confused me for the most part. These two types are perhaps the most similar out of all the 16 personalities, and Darlin conveys traits from both types. But after i looked a bit more into cognitive functions i came to a quick conclusion The only difference between these two types is their second slot NE (INTP) vs SE (ISTP) and their third slot SI (INTP) and NI (ISTP). And personally, i think that Darlin uses Se over Ne. Se users are very hands on, physical, impulsive and live in the moment whereas Ne users are more focused on the future, great with patters and focuses more on the possibilities rather than ‘what is’ To me, these simple definitions tip darlin over the ‘ISTP’ side because we know that they are very a very impulsive and reckless character. but of course, since darlin is a listener character, it is definitley all up for interpretation. this just my personal opinion 🤷
